Biotin may support hair growth in people whose hair thinning or loss occurs due to a biotin deficiency. When added to hair conditioners, it may promote thicker, healthy, and voluminous hair.
It also helps prevent hair loss in people with a biotin deficiency. One  study found  biotin deficiency in 38% of women complaining of hair loss. Of these participants, 11% had a history of deficiency risk factors.

It can make hair more workable and simple to comb. Can be used in  shampoo, hair grooming gel, hair spray and conditioner.
Biotin helps improve skin hydration, smoothness, and appearance.
