Delivery & Returns



We ship orders monday to friday. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Formulatorshop is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive “on time.” We make no promises, offers or claims or warranties about deliveries after we ship.

ALWAYS CHECK to make sure you enter the CORRECT EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS(ES) as we can NOT RESHIP FOR FREE IF YOU ENTER INCORRECT ADDRESSES. Please check your email after you order (check spam settings and add our email to your addresses if needed) to get information about shipping status.

Because of the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns if we ship the incorrect product, or we sent a defective product. No returns after 7 days of receipt whatsoever. Call or email us with details about any item you need to return.

Generally, raw material products may not be returned because once shipped we can no longer guarantee the purity of the products for our customers. If a raw material has not been opened and all seals are intact, and it is in salable condition, some exceptions may be made provided we are contacted within 3 days of receipt. Contact us to discuss further.


Cancelled Orders


If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, email us. If it has not shipped we can cancel it. If it has shipped, you must refuse the package when it arrives. When we receive it we will refund you based on the following method: We charge a 10% restocking fee and we charge for the shipping (if the package was shipped). The balance will be refunded.


Pricing and Availability


While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a refund.


We cannot guarantee that any ingredient will be consistent in appearance, color or typical odor from one batch to another, as this may be within the manufacturer’s tolerance for a particular product.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
