N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine (NAG) is a compound found naturally in the human body, NAG is a precursor to hyaluronic acid, which helps reduces trans-epidermal water loss, smoothen, reduce dryness, hydrates and may reduce signs of aging and appearance of wrinkles

It is used to maintain skin’s barrier. Studies have shown that NAG  increases collagen production, increase moisture content of the skin, increase elasticity of the skin, increase exfoliation,  increase the speed of wound healing, repairs and treat sun damage

NAG has been shown to reduce hyperpigmentation and can be combined with niacinamide to further increase its ability to reduce hyperpigmentation, improves skin tone and barrier function

Add  in formulation at below 50°C

Recommended Usage Rate:  1 – 4%, up to 10%
