Allantoin soothes and reduces skin irritations, it also has moisturizing and hydrating effects. It is used as a moisturizer and wound healing ingredient to treat or prevent dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and minor skin irritations such as diaper rash, sunburn.

Can help to minimize pore size and has anti-aging properties making the skin look younger. It has desquamation benefits that softens and smooths keratin, which is a tough inflexible protein found in the epidermis.
It can be added to hair and skincare products for babies and kids due to its amazing benefits and it is non toxic and non-irritating. It is used in OTC as a skin protectant.
