Description

Isododecane is a clear, colorless, viscous, synthetic hydrocarbon liquid. It’s used as an ingredient in a variety of cosmetic products such as lipstick, mascara, eye shadow and hair gels. It is also used as a solvent, and emollient in cosmetics to help products spread easily and feel weightless on the skin. It can also help prevent water from evaporating from the skin.

Excellent emollient that can be used as replacement to oils in emulsions, compatible with silicones for imparting shine, slip, and combability for hair care products, conditions hair & skin.
