Isopropyl palmitate is an emollient ester used in products like lotions, creams, and butter. A clear, colorless emollient ester (oily liquid from isopropyl alcohol + palmitic acid) which may be derived from vegetable oils

It helps to moisturize and reduce the greasiness of lotions, body oils, butter, and creams. It improves product texture and makes it feel elegant and silky, Non-tacky, non-oily, fast spreading, and effective absorption.

Isopropyl Palmitate enhance the penetration of other ingredients and improves skin feel, used as wetting agent and fragrance enhancer

Gives gloss and shine to hair and resistant to oxidation (does not become rancid)
