Description

Olivem^® 300 Is a water-soluble functional lipid with sebum-recovering activities. It is an ester with strong emollient and lubricant properties that offers distinctive skin smoothness and long-term moisturizing effects. It serves as a solubilizing aid for essential oils and perfumes. It can also be used as a co-emulsifier for o/w systems. At 20°C, it is a slightly yellow liquid.

Recommended use levels:

• 0.5 – 2% refatting agent
• 1 – 10% fragrance solubilizer
• 2 – 5% as a moisturizer
•  2 – 5%  emollient
•   1 – 2% to protect the hydrolipid barrier
• 0.5 – 1% as a hydrating agent
