Varisoft EQ 65 is a vegetable derived, readily biodegradable conditioner and  thickener for making all kinds of unique, top quality conditioning products. A great alternative  for making natural hair conditioners and detanglers, oil in water emulsions for skin care and sun care products.
VARISOFT® EQ 65 Pellets improves the conditioning properties of thee wet and dry hair. It can also act as an emulsifier providing a sensory profile typical of cationic emulsions, which rich, creamy appearance.

Usage rate: 0.5 – 10%

Formulating Tip: Add to water or oil phase
It can be dispersed in water at 75 °C. Addition of nonionic emulsifiers such as Ceteareth-25 would improve the processability  in water.
At formulation-pH of 5 and above, it tends to hydrolyze.
Therefore, we recommend adjusting the pH of a cream rinse conditioner formulation  to around 4.
