White willow bark extract is a natural source of salicylic acid  known as salicin that has been used for centuries to soothe irritated skin. Provides the benefits of salicylic acid such as exfoliation, anti-inflammatory, promote cell renewal, improves skin radiance and anti-microbial action.

A great botanical extract to add to black soap formulas, facial powder mask as it is a gentle but potent extract can heal acne and prevent future flare-ups. It can also be used to treat eczema, psoriasis and rosacea.
Study shows salicin  statistically significant improvements in wrinkles, tactile roughness, pore size, radiance, and overall appearance
