D panthenol also known as Vitamin B5 works as a skin moisturizer, and keeps skin smooth, soft, and healthy.
Panthenol reinforces the skin barrier by reducing transepidermal water loss, regenerates healthy skin maintains cell stemness, and has very good compatibility with different cosmetics ingredients and actives.
It has anti-inflammatory effects and soothes irritated skin

It moisturizes hair, strengthens damaged hair and reduces split ends, improves symptoms of sensitive skin: like dryness, roughness, redness, pruritus.

DL panthenol is a racemic mixture of L panthenol and D panthenol.

Usage Rate: 0.1-5%
